Description

In Darkworld, there is an ancient entity of extraordinary power and influence known to most as "the Devil;" to Lillith, he's just "dad." She's one of the Devil's Daughters, borne by a number of the most prolific (and obscure) murderesses throughout history, an ageless being of immortal blood and terrible power.

She was the first, as far as we know; the name of her mother is so ancient, it is not even remembered by history.

Born in Ancient Sumer, Lillith "Lilly" of Ur is a daughter of the Devil, to the High Priestess of a forgotten god. No one knows what exactly her mother did, but in the end her cult was banned, her temples burned and idols smashed, her priesthood dissolved entirely (in a vat of molten copper). The name of her god - the Devil himself perhaps? - was thereafter spoken as a curse, and later forgotten entirely. Overall, history has well and washed away the memory of this Mesopotamian murderess, yet poor Lilly still bears the scars of her mother's heinous deeds.

Even for a normal person, she'd be an absolute sweetheart; considering she came from the loins of a mass-killer and an arcane fiend, that makes her practically angellic! This may be due - in part - to the fact that almost every concievable act of violence or aggression horrifies her. This, of course, has implications. Where the sixth (hypothetical) spawn of Elizabeth Bathory is extraordinarily protective of young women/girls, and the (fictional) daughter of Ilse Koch has a fervent aversion to the concept of skinning things, poor Lilly's observed behaviour must therefore speak volumes about her mother's terrifying history.

All in all, she's the sort of person who just wants a normal life. Which is difficult at the best of times when one has teeth like two-inch nails and fingers ending in iron claws. And sadly, Darkworld is not, by any metric, set within the best of times.
